Welcome to ABI Bikes Rental Services! By using our bike rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.
1.1. ABI Bikes Rental Services (hereafter referred to as "ABI", "we", "us", or "our") provides bicycle rental services to customers (hereafter referred to as "customer", "you", or "your") subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.2. By renting a bike from ABI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2.1. Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will assume responsibility for the minor’s use of the rental bike.
2.2. A valid photo ID and a credit/debit card are required to rent a bike.
2.3. Customers must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to taking possession of the rental bike.
3.1. The rental period begins when the customer takes possession of the bike and ends when the bike is returned to ABI Bikes.
3.2. Bikes must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
3.3. If you wish to extend your rental period, you must notify ABI Bikes in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.
4.1. Rental fees are charged based on the type and duration of the bike rental. Additional fees may apply for accessories, late returns, and damages.
4.2. Full payment is required at the time of rental. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
4.3. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the return of the bike in acceptable condition.
5.1. Customers are responsible for the proper care and use of the rental bike. This includes locking the bike when not in use and following all traffic laws and regulations.
5.2. The rental bike must not be used for racing, stunts, or any unlawful activity.
5.3. Customers must wear helmets and other safety gear as required by local laws and regulations.
6.1. Customers are responsible for any damage to or loss of the rental bike during the rental period. This includes the cost of repairs or replacement.
6.2. In case of an accident, theft, or any incident causing damage to the bike, customers must immediately report it to ABI Bikes.

8.1. ABI Bikes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our rental bikes. Customers ride at their own risk.
8.2. Customers agree to indemnify and hold ABI Bikes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the rental bike.
